The Farm Manager will be a part of The Mountain’s leadership team as we develop the farm and its programs to further our mission of being an ecologically-conscious retreat and learning center, making a difference in the world.
The Farm Manager will manage and carry out duties associated with the day-to-day and long-term operation of our farm. This includes the appearance and upkeep of the farm, barn, greenhouse, hoop house and livestock. They will manage employees and oversee farm budgets and strategic planning efforts. Program and education are a large part of our mission and values at The Mountain and the Farm Manager will continue to integrate benefits and strategies of our farm to develop educational and nutritional programs based on sustainable agriculture.
