We have comfortable accommodations for any retreat needs.

  • Seven different lodging options – with a sleeping capacity of 80 – 100 guests (adults) and up to 150 (adults and youth).
  • Lodging configuration for individuals, families and small to large groups.
  • Accommodations are casual.  We do not provide daily linen changes or evening bed turn-down services.  We will be happy, however, to provide you with clean linens, an extra pillow or blanket.
  • Our pet policy allows certified service and therapy animals on the property. Use our Contact Us page to call our Registrar or select Registrar from the drop down list to send an email to coordinate lodging for you and your service animal.

You are our guest and we want you to be comfortable.

We provide lodging rates for both double and private room occupancy and have excellent group rates.  Our lodging rates include three meals a day and use of assigned facilities.

Lodge

  • Located near Emerson and adjacent to the main parking area – designed for groups, couples, or individuals
  • The Great Room in the Lodge has a large, vaulted ceiling meeting space with wood burning fireplace, small common kitchen, and direct access to an expansive deck overlooking the Nantahala National Forest
  • 12 Rooms – 10 rooms each with two twin beds, 2 rooms with three twin beds, total sleeping capacity of 26 people, en-suite bathroom with shower, desk, chair, night table, and sufficient closet and shelf storage for your luggage in each room
  • Rooms located on two levels – six rooms per level, top floor (on same level as the meeting space) is handicap accessible
  • Two handicap accessible bathrooms are in the common area on the top level, adjacent to the meeting room

Family / Group Cabins (Cabins 1 – 4)

  • Located near the outdoor Amphitheater – designed for families or groups that want to share their Mountain experience
  • Each cabin has two bedrooms and a central living area, each bedroom has two twin beds, private bathroom with shower, desk, chair, night table and sufficient closet and shelf storage for your luggage
  • Central living area with sofa, table, chairs, and two sets of bunk beds, expanding sleeping capacity to 8
  • Common deck with mountain views

Handicapped Accessible Cabin (Cabin 7)

  • Located at the top of Ring Road.  Convenient adjacent parking
  • Two bedrooms (total sleeping capacity of 4), each with two twin beds and a shared bathroom including accessible shower, desk, chair, night table and sufficient closet and shelf storage for your luggage, front room with two chairs
  • Deck with mountain views

Duplex Cabins (Cabins 8 – 12)

  • Located on Ring Road – designed for couples, individuals, or families with teenage children
  • Two separate bedrooms per cabin (total sleeping capacity of 4), each with two twin beds, private bathroom with shower, night table, and sufficient closet and shelf storage for your luggage
  • Common deck with Mountain Vista Views

Bunkhouses (Cabins 13 – 20)

  • Located on Ring Road – designed for our MountainCamp program
  • Each cabin has a small inner bedroom with two twin beds, a large outer room with four sets of bunk beds
  • Total sleeping capacity of 10, one bathroom with shower, double-sink area in the large outer room
  • Large deck with Mountain Vista Veiws

Milestone

  • Located near our alternate mountaintop parking area – designed for families, individuals or small groups
  • Four bedrooms – three bedrooms with one twin bed, one bedroom with a full bed, central space with microwave, mini-fridge
  • Two full bathrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower and accessible toilet and sink

Emerson

  • Located near the Lodge – designed for small groups, leadership teams, or families
  • The Mountain’s only fully self-contained facility
  • Full kitchen, common area with sofa, lamps and fireplace, two bedrooms, one bedroom with two king-sized beds, one bedroom with three twin beds (total sleeping capacity of 5-7), full bathroom with tub – second bathroom with no tub or shower
  • Often used by leadership teams for large retreats – offering opportunity for evening conversations around a cozy fireplace or sharing self-prepared meals in the kitchen’s eating area
  • Ideal for winter family retreats, when the main Dining Hall is usually closed
